In simple words stress is worry, it could be worry about a current situation or worry about a future matter.
All of us have at least one thing to be stressed about, it could be our looks, house issues along side school or work pressure and sometimes it’s all of the above and more. On regular days, we may be able to push it aside like strong girls but there are times when it takes more energy from us to handle the stress and that’s where we need to be careful.
How do you know when the stress is too much?
Well, let's get right into the 7 hidden signs of stress that very few people recognize.....
1. You are talking to yourself
I know we all talk to ourselves sometimes, like when you're make up is going wrong or you really have to go and no one is listening or you name it. This is a different kind of talk, it’s you using the least opportunity you get to be by yourself to think or worry about something or someone. Sometimes you don’t know that you are deep in thought until that your one best friend calls your name about two or three times and you have to come up with a reason for being lost in thought.
2. You get pised off very easily
You start having terrible mood swings. You may be smiling this second because that colleague makes the ultimate joke you can’t ignore but the next second you’re deep in thought again with a frown on your face. When someone does something you could let go of, you’ll find yourself getting so angry that you may scold them not for what they did, but for what is stressing you out and if you say too much and it’s an emotional matter you may find yourself crying.
3. You can't sleep
The same you who used to sleep for more than 8 hours is now begging for two hours of sleep. Even when you finally sleep, the least noise wakes you up and you can't sleep anymore so you either get a late night snack or you you just lay awake thinking of those things that kept you awake in the first place.
Others sleep too much and still wake up tired or just feel some kind of fatigue through out the day.
4. Your not smiling as much
This is a two way thing. Sometimes, people who used to smile all the time like your happy people whom you never find frowning? They may just start smiling less or put on that smile for the world to see but as deep down they are worried.
On the other hand, the people who usually smile only few times may start making one too many laughs or start smiling way less than they usually do.
5. Your loosing weight
For some people, it is the direct opposite and they do what we call stress eating or they just generally gain weight because of their stress.
This is a symptom that is easy to notice yet not easy to prevent
6. Your talking too much
It is at this point that you discover that your close people will start asking if you are alright.
Some people will free their minds and talk for long hours about what is stressing them out. While others talk about something completely different. Still, others say nothing at all or they say very little about what is going on to the people whom they know really care about them and want to listen.

There can only be two reasons why you are reading this, it is either you feel the difference and you want to know what's up with you or you were just curious. Something tells me that, you can feel the difference, you know there is a stress problem and you want the solution.
