7 Tips To Keep Your Skin Glow Naturally

Shiny and flawless is the ideal description in every girls head of a perfect skin. Have you tried every facial and mask there is to no avail? Have you  been looking for some little things you can do behind the scenes to get faster and better results? If yes! Then you have come to the right place.
Let me reveal some 7 tips I have personally found helpful......

1. Wash your face 

You really don't need any expensive product just any natural soap of your choice, clean hands and clean water. Then,wash your face first before bathing in the morning and in the evenings(washing your face in the evening after bathing is very important because during the day your face is exposed to so much dirt and dust)
Also, for best efficiency have a separate soap for washing your hands and another for your face.

How to wash your face 

 Apply your favourite natural soap taking note of the hidden areas like the sides of your nose,towards your mouth and even further to your neck and chest just so this parts don't suffer. 

A word 

If you have acne prone or oily skin, use  warm water to wash your face first inorder to wash away the excess oils and then use cold water for the final rinse.

2. Use natural products

Natural soaps especially the ones which contain honey, carrots or papaye are usually mild and soothing to the skin and thus perfect for getting healthy skin.  Products with the lables  Certified organic or green are often truly natural. Moreover, they have a really natural and soft smell. 

A word 

Different people have different skin types so you have to keep trying different kinds of natural soaps until you find the one that soothes your skin perfectly.

3. Eat healthy

Am sure you saw this coming right? yes! "what you put in is what you take out"- if you know what I mean. Experts say eating carrots and nuts such as almonds have been proven to greatly improve your skin's health and glow. However, it is best to experiment to see which foods have the best glowing effect on your skin.

4. Stay hydrated 

     Drinking enough water a day keeps the acne away....
 I just made that up but technically,  it is true since acne/Pimples is a cleansing method for the body. So regular sips of water will help remove all those things via sweat or urine and it will keep your skin looking fresh all day.

You can see the results of drinking turmeric tea(warm water with turmeric powder) on your skin as fast as one week. 
You could also drink warm water containing honey and fruits with vitamin c (like lemon) which are  also rich in antioxidants especially the morning and evenings will go a long way in making your skin glow. 
Carrot juice is also very good for the skin 
You may prefer to drink turmeric tea since lemons make some people lose weight.

 5. Clothing 

Look at the difference between your thighs and your feet at the end of a sunny day and you will understand how much the sun can affect your skin. What if you don’t have sunscreen? A pro tip is to wear clothes that protect your skin from the harsh effect of the sun. Also, if your outfit permits come along with a hat and sunglasses.

Tip
Wear cover shoes such as boots or canvas in stead of sandals when  possible.  

6. Climate change 

I am not the kind of person to say that "a hot place makes you darker and cold place makes you lighter" or otherwise. what I will say is that if you change location even just for a vacation you need to intensify your regular routine to maintain the results you have gotten.

7. Oil your skin 

Leaving your skin dry or whitish will definitely not make it glow. That's why you can use good moisturizing oil to keep your body soft and smooth. If you don’t know which oil suits you best, you may choose to use any baby oil of your choice since they are mild on the skin and usually good for all skin types. 

Did you know? Applying oil on your skin in the evenings after a shower can is usually more effective than in the morning before work.

A word 
When you wash your face, does your nose and/or skull feel oily after munites? if yes then,  in the evenings before bed wash your face and apply no oil to it but if it feels dry apply oil to your face before bed. (Try this for a week) before you continue oiling your face again. 

8. Face Check 
Check you body and face especially for any Pimples or blackspots and pop them with clean washed hands when due or visit the dermatologist as soon as possible. This will allow your skin look fresh and smooth.

9. Exfoilate 

I obviously couldn't end with out mentioning this. It just means you scrub your face and body regularly at least twice a month for starters. 
  Also, Avoid kneeling or putting your elbow and knees on hard surfaces as this will make them darker and rough with time.

Nails  

I just felt like this was also important to add your nails are an important accessory to the skin and if left unkempt or dirty would remove the focus from your glowing skin to their ugh!

A word 

There are so many things that can improve your skin such as exercising, sleeping, less stress and having a face massage regularly but I know you know so... neh.
